Already live in an MVP-managed community?

Access your community portal, report a maintenance issue, find documents, or reach your management team — everything in one place.

Access your community portal

MVP communities use EasyPortal for resident access. If you're not sure how to log in, contact your management team.

Common requests

Most requests can be submitted through your community portal. For anything urgent, call or email your management team directly.

  • Report a maintenance issue

Log in to your portal and submit a maintenance request. Include photos if possible. For common-element issues (hallways, parking, amenities), your management team will coordinate with the appropriate contractor.

  • Request records or documents

Status certificates, meeting minutes, financial statements, and by-laws are available through your portal or by written request to your management team. Status certificates are subject to the fee set by your corporation.

  • Renovation or alteration request

Alterations to your unit that affect common elements or building systems require board approval. Contact your management team to start the process — they will let you know what is needed.

  • Selling your unit

Your lawyer will need a status certificate. Order it through your management team or portal. Allow the legislated 10-day turnaround. Your management team can also confirm any outstanding charges.

  • Raise a concern

Contact your management team directly by email or phone. For formal complaints, a written request to the board is the appropriate first step. Your management team can guide you through the process.

Emergency contacts

For life-threatening emergencies, call 911 first.

For building emergencies — fire alarms, flooding, elevator entrapment, gas leaks, or major common-element failures — MVP provides 24/7 emergency response. Call the main line and follow the prompts for after-hours emergencies:

1-844-252-6636

Your community portal also lists your building-specific emergency contacts and procedures. Keep that information somewhere accessible.

Our Resident FAQ covers common questions about contacting management, submitting requests, emergencies, rules, and fees — with clear answers about what management handles versus what the board decides.

Have a question?

Sam can answer general questions about condo living, Ontario condo law, and how MVP works. For community-specific questions — your manager's contact, your building's rules, or a specific request — your portal or management team is the right place.

Looking for condominium management?

If your board is considering a management change or looking for a first management company, we'd be glad to have an honest conversation about whether MVP is the right fit.
