Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

Responding to Access Requests

We comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We will only send commercial electronic messages (CEMs) to you if we have your express or implied consent, as defined under CASL.

• Express consent — You have explicitly opted in to receive communications from us.
• Implied consent — You have an existing business relationship with MVP Condos (e.g., you are a current or recent client).
• Unsubscribe — Every commercial email we send includes a clear and functional unsubscribe mechanism. We will honour unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.

Transactional messages related to your service agreement (e.g., maintenance notices, financial reports) are not subject to CASL consent requirements.

Our Service does not target anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Data, we will delete it promptly.
